When can I expect a reply+
A real person answers every message. We read each note and reply personally, usually within a couple of business days. If your question is about a current order, add your order number so we can help faster.
How does shipping work+
We offer free shipping on orders over $49, and a free gift with purchase over $100. Once your order ships you will get a tracking email. If something looks off with a delivery, write to us and we will help track it down.
What if my order arrives damaged+
Candles travel well, but accidents happen. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo at shop@bettyblu.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our refund policy.
Do you take custom or large orders+
We do. For favors, gifts, or a custom scent, tell us what you have in mind and we will talk through what works. If you run a shop, our wholesale page has everything you need to carry Betty Blu.
Which wax do you use+
It depends on the product. Our line is a mix of soy and coconut-soy blends, and everything is phthalate-free and hand-poured in Sarasota. The wax for each scent is listed on its product page. If you are checking for a sensitivity, ask us and we will confirm the exact blend.
