If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We hand-pour every order in Sarasota and hope you love what arrives. If you don't, here's exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
The short version
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
How to start a return

Write to shop@bettyblu.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.

Our team will send you return instructions and confirm the next steps for your order.

Send it back
Ship the item within 15 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging.
Returns
- Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is covered by you. We recommend a trackable, insured service so you have proof of dispatch.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can't take responsibility for anything lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Once we've received and approved your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for it to appear.
- If it's been longer than expected, check with your bank or card provider first. Processing times vary on their end.
- Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us and we'll arrange an exchange for the same item.
