Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Betty Blu! We want you to love your candles and wax melts. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange or a full refund, provided that the item(s) are returned to us unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Returns:
- Eligibility: All items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The delivery costs of returning item(s) will need to be covered by you. We recommend using a registered and recorded delivery service so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item(s) are lost.
- Responsibility: The item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Refunds:
- Inspection and Processing: Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refund Delays: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider or payment processor. Processing times can vary.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, may not be eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

- Include your order number and details about your return or exchange request.
