Shipping policy
Every order is hand-poured in small batches in our Sarasota, Florida studio, then packed carefully for the trip to you.
Rates
Orders of $39 or more ship free. Orders between $20 and $38.99 ship for a flat $8.00. Orders under $20 ship for a flat $5.00. We currently ship within the United States.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
If something arrives damaged
Email shop@bettyblu.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
